WCMT Founders Fund
This fund is a memorial to all the founders of music therapy in the state of Wisconsin. The primary goals are to support our music therapy students and to help advance the knowledge and passions of our founders. Two students or interns from an approved music therapy academic/internship site in Wisconsin will be awarded reimbursement up to $55 for registration to the Great Lakes Region of AMTA regional conference (an annual spring conference).
Requirements:
- The student must be a member of WCMT.
- The student must include the signed form that confirms the student is in good standing in his/her music therapy program.
- The student must write an essay (no more than one page) to describe why the student would like to go to the music therapy conference and what the student expects to learn.
- The form must be postmarked by December 31
A committee will review your application and announce the recipient of the award by January 31
